This is a photo of me participating in an action against the Keystone XL pipeline. Dirty fossil fuels are not the answer to the double-edged crisis of unsustainable economics and ecological destruction.

Clean Air Ambassador | Aurora, Illinois

Terrence Gallagher

I am an ordained minister and engineer. Following 30 years as an industrial manufacturing executive, I answered the Call to Ministry.

In response to the escalating double edged global crisis of unsustainable economics and ecological destruction, I focus my ministry efforts in serving the greater society through faith-based, social justice public action, advocacy and education. I like to use both humor and story-telling to engage impacted citizens in the serious work of responding to these difficult issues.

50 States United For Healthy Air

Clean air should be a fundamental right. Air pollution causes asthma attacks, lung disease, and even death. But our bodies don't have to be the dumping ground for dirty industries.

The technology to dramatically reduce harmful air pollution is available today, and major polluters should be required to use it.

Clean Air Ambassadors from every state are sending a powerful message: Everyone has a right to breathe clean, healthy air.

It’s time Congress and the EPA used their ears to help our lungs.
