Kevin Regan joined Earthjustice as an Associate Attorney in October 2009 after several years litigating for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Kevin also worked as an attorney for the Chicago District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and he clerked for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the Southern District of Florida in Miami. Kevin graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003 and the University of Tennessee -- Chattanooga in 2000. When not litigating to protect the environment, Kevin enjoys exploring the mountains, coasts, and forests of the Northwest and recording songs with his rock group.
