The Preserve Area Ridgelands Committee is a non-profit organization formed in 1972 by citizens of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties (San Francisco Bay Area, California). PARC has vigorously advocated local, state, and federal measures to preserve the Ridgelands and has worked to inform the public on these issues.
