McCrystie Adams joined Earthjustice's Rocky Mountain office in 2003. McCrystie earned a B.A. in history from Williams College in 1995 and promptly moved West. Before going to law school, she worked as the environmental reporter for a weekly newspaper in Jackson Hole and as Communications Director for Predator Conservation Alliance, a non-profit group in Bozeman, Montana. After graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2002, where she worked for Earthjustice during one summer, McCrystie clerked from 2002-2003 for Judge Zita L. Weinshienk in the U.S. District Court of Colorado. Outside of the office, McCrystie can usually be found playing basketball or hiking or skiing in the mountains with her husband and their dog.
