A recent study by the Department of Labor stated that transforming to a greener economy not only creates cleaner air, it's already created over 3 million jobs—with many more to come. So reducing the amount of mercury, carbon, smog and soot in our air, means a healthier economy, a healthier climate, and a lot more healthier kids.
Take Action The U.S. House of Representatives recently passed many measures seeking to restrict the ability of the EPA to protect the public health under the Clean Air Act, including the agency’s ability to control carbon pollution. The Obama administration deserves credit for standing up to defend the Clean Air Act from these efforts and for moving forward with landmark standards. Tell the administration to keep doing the right thing!
