Bonus: Behind the Scenes
To ensure the safety of our staff and our communities, Earthjustice closed our physical offices and switched to remote work on Mar. 16, just as printer proofs of the spring edition of the print Earthjustice Quarterly Magazine were to be reviewed.
This provided opportunity for Zorro the cat to weigh in on the review process, pawing through the printer proof pages at then-Managing Editor Ben Arnoldy’s home and signaling his approvals by rolling onto his back.
The issue was finalized remotely and shared the story, "It Takes A Valley," on how community activism and good lawyers helped save Washington’s scenic Methow Valley from mining. As always, thank you for your support. We wish you much good health and good spirits in the new year.
