Requires the EPA to complete a review of its air toxics emission standards for coke ovens by March 31, 2005, and for dry cleaners by April 28, 2006 (Sept 17, 2004)
Today’s agreement requires EPA to “sign a proposed rule containing requirements to control hazardous pollutants from motor vehicles and motor vehicle fuels†no later than February 28, 2006. A final rule on the action must be signed by February 9, 20
