Lillian Zhou is an associate attorney with the Washington, D.C., Regional Office, where she works on issues related to federal law and the mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining Earthjustice, Lillian was a fellow with the Environmental Working Group, where she worked on issues related to PFAS, food additives, and cosmetics. Lillian received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
