Ban Organophosphates
Ban Organophosphates
Organophosphates are a dangerous class of chemicals originally developed as nerve agents by the Nazis during World War II to kill on a mass scale — and later repurposed as pesticides for use on virtually all major crops across the United States.
The EPA, for decades recognize the serious health harms these neurotoxic pesticides pose. They know that organophosphates can cause long-term developmental harm in children, including learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, reduced IQ, and behavioral disorders.
However, EPA is now disavowing their findings. Tell EPA to live up to its public health mission and the law by banning organophosphates.
