Today, the Trump administration announced an attempt to pull federal funding for the Congestion Pricing plan.
The following statement is attributed to Dror Ladin, senior attorney at Earthjustice and lead on the settled Congestion Pricing pause lawsuit:
“The Trump administration’s rationale is plainly pretextual. They have said from day one that they just don’t like congestion pricing, and now they’re trying to justify their hostility by going out on a legal limb that no court has ever endorsed.”
