Leonardo is the legal practice administrator with the International Program. Originally from Guam, he has supported indigenous and environmental rights through work with organizations like Guam’s Commission on Decolonization and Blue Ocean Law, and has testified before the United Nations on decolonization. He holds a BA from Stanford University and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
