2019 Renewable Fuel Standard Rule: Petition for Review

Pursuant to section 307(b)(1) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. §7607(b)(1), and Rule 15(a) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, Petitioners National Wildlife Federation, Healthy Gulf, and Sierra Club hereby petition this Court to review the final action of Respondent United States Environmental Protection Agency titled, “Renewable Fuel Standard Program: Standards for 2019 and Biomass-Based Diesel Volume for 2020,” 83 Fed. Reg. 63,704 (Dec. 11, 2018) (to be codified at 40 C.F.R. pt. 80).
