Today, 18 state Attorneys General sued the Trump administration for unlawfully freezing the development of wind energy.

Jill Tauber, Vice President of Litigation for Climate & Energy, issued the following statement in response:

“Wind energy plays an important role in powering our lives, and delivers health, climate, economic and community benefits. But instead of supporting wind development to help meet our energy needs, the Trump administration is halting wind project approvals while declaring a fake energy emergency. The administration’s attack on wind is wrong on the facts and the law.”
