Court ruling that commercial fishing cannot legally continue in the Pacific Islands Heritage Marine National Monument (PIHMNM). Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment on its fifth and sixth claims for relief, ECF No. 13, is granted, and the National Marine Fisheries Service’s (NMFS) April 25, 2025, letter is hereby vacated.
