Based in Washington, D.C., Helen primarily litigates before state public utility commissions to protect ratepayers and the environment from the risks presented by AI data centers.

Prior to joining Earthjustice, Helen served as a trial attorney in the Environmental Enforcement Section of USDOJ’s Environment and Natural Resources Division. Prior to DOJ, Helen clerked for the Honorable James L. Cott in the Southern District of New York and worked on childhood lead poisoning prevention issues with Connecticut Legal Services as a Yale Public Interest Fellow.

Helen received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University.
