Fernando Gaytan  is a senior attorney in Earthjustice’s California Regional Office, focusing on Right To Zero advocacy out of the Los Angeles Office.

With over 20 years of federal and state court litigation, Fernando has defended civil rights, enforced worker protections, and preserved affordable housing throughout California. At Earthjustice, his advocacy and litigation target public health, climate, and air pollution issues, focusing on electrifying transportation, buildings, and manufacturing.

As part of the Right To Zero campaign, he collaborates with environmental justice, public health, and labor groups to eliminate fossil fuel dependency and promote equitable zero-emission solutions in California.
