Alex Schluntz is a senior attorney with the Rocky Mountain Office. Alex’s work includes fighting against climate change and for better air quality by reducing emissions from the transportation and oil and gas sectors. She has represented environmental justice organizations in their fight against unjust levels of toxic pollution emitted in their communities, with advocacy spanning state and federal regulatory proceedings and litigation.

Prior to joining Earthjustice, Alex clerked for the Hon. Robert Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and worked as a legal fellow with the Conservation Law Foundation.

Alex received her J.D. in 2018 from Yale Law School.
