Sameer Doshi is a senior attorney for Earthjustice’s Clean Energy Program, based in Chicago. Sameer works on state energy regulatory matters, federally regulated energy policy issues, and environmental law cases, all with a focus on the Midwest.

Sameer formerly worked for the Illinois Power Agency and Illinois Attorney General’s Office (Public Utilities Bureau) as well as on energy sector matters in private practice.

He is a 2007 graduate of Harvard Law School, a 2004 graduate of the London School of Economics (receiving a master’s degree in economics), and a 2002 graduate of Harvard College (receiving a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and public policy).
