Nicholas Morales is a supervising senior attorney with the Washington, D.C. Regional Office.

He has worked on cases across the country to hold polluters accountable for illegal air and water pollution, protect drinking water, fund the cleanup of hazardous contamination, and strengthen safeguards for mercury and other air toxics.

Prior to joining Earthjustice, Nicholas served as a senior counsel in the enforcement section of the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and as a litigation fellow for the Natural Resources Defense Council.

Nicholas clerked for Judge Norman K. Moon on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.

He attended the University of Richmond and Harvard Law School.
