Seth Levi is the Vice President of Electoral Strategies at Earthjustice. Seth develops strategies for nonpartisan voter education, partnership, and advocacy efforts.

Seth came to Earthjustice from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), where he most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer. While there, he helped create and oversee the SPLC Action Fund, SPLC’s 501(c)(4) political arm, the New Southern Leaders Political Action Committee (PAC), and the New Southern Majority IE PAC (Super PAC). During his tenure, Levi helped shift power to Black communities in the Deep South, working to elect the first Black officeholders in local and county positions, including Mayor, Sheriff, and Solicitor General. The New Southern Leaders PAC distinguished itself for its tenacity to take on and defeat controversial candidates, such as embattled Mississippi prosecutor Doug Evans, and utilize administrative complaints to reveal and hold accountable violations of campaign finance law.

Prior to the SPLC, Seth worked for an at-large City Council person in Philadelphia and for Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell.
