Tom Delehanty is a senior attorney in the Rocky Mountain Office.

His practice focuses on protecting public lands and wildlife from extractive industries and other harms across the West.

Before joining Earthjustice, Tom clerked in the Northern District of California and worked on national oil and gas policy issues.

Tom holds a BA in biology from Bowdoin College and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley.
