Allison Kvien is a legal fellow in the Northeast regional office in New York.
Allison is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, where she published a note on Clean Water Act coverage of groundwater that is hydrologically connected to navigable waters. Allison graduated from Washington College with a degree in Environmental Studies.
Her employment during college and law school included stints at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environmental Crimes Section; U.S. EPA, Office of Regional Counsel, Region 5; Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; and Environmental Law & Policy Center.
