Title: Associate Attorney
Anne graduated with a B.A./B.S. from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 2006 and went on to earn her J.D. from Georgetown Law in 2010. During law school, Anne held clerkships with Georgetown Law’s Institute for Public Representation Environmental Law Section as well as the Environmental Integrity Project, where her work was heavily focused on coal-fired power plants and clean air and ash regulation. Prior to joining Earthjustice’s Florida office as an associate attorney in September 2010, Anne was a law clerk with the Sierra Club’s Environmental Law Program. Anne’s current work with Earthjustice is focused on numeric treatments and the BP oil spill cleanup.
