Nick Morales focuses on clean air litigation as an associate attorney in the Washington, D.C. office.
Prior to joining Earthjustice, Nick completed a two year fellowship at the Natural Resources Defense Council and served as law clerk to U.S. District Judge Norman Moon in the Western District of Virginia.
He is a 2010 graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was Senior Editor on the Harvard Environmental Law Review. Nick also has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
