Summary: Discusses opportunities for reducing emissions from airports and airplanes. While it doesn't focus specifically on GHGs (or mention them at all) many of the suggestions included will increase efficiency of airplanes, and decrease overall emissions of all types of gases (including GHGs). Also discusses policy options for states and other entities pushing for emissions controls.
