Recent Supreme Court decisions and federal court challenges are reshaping the future of climate action. In response, Earthjustice is expanding our efforts to defend hard-fought progress.
Join Abigail Dillen, Earthjustice president, Sam Sankar, senior vice president of Programs, and Stephen Vladeck, Earthjustice trustee and professor at the Georgetown University Law Center, for a timely discussion on why this work matters, what these decisions mean for states, and how we can remain loud, visible, and proactive in advancing climate solutions.
Speakers
Abigail Dillen is president of Earthjustice. She leads Earthjustice’s staff, board, and supporters in advancing the organization’s mission to use the courts to protect the environment and people’s health.
Sam Sankar is senior vice president for Programs at Earthjustice. He leads the Program Leadership Team, which develops and oversees the organization’s overall strategy and coordinates the work of its Litigation, Communications, and Policy and Legislation departments.
Stephen Vladeck is a professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center. He is a nationally recognized expert on the federal courts, constitutional law, and civil procedure.
