Alex Hardee is an associate attorney at the Rocky Mountain Office.
Alex is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). During law school, Alex interned with Earthjustice's California Office, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Department of the Interior, and was an active member of Ecology Law Quarterly and the Environmental Law Society.
After graduating, Alex clerked for Judge Ronald M. Gould at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Seattle. Before joining Earthjustice, Alex was an Assistant Regional Counsel at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, where he was the lead attorney on enforcement actions under the Clean Air Act and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.
Outside the office, Alex enjoys outdoor adventures and is an avid reader.
