Ann Jaworski

Ann Jaworski is an associate attorney with the Midwest Regional Office. Her work focuses on national climate issues, particularly development of gas pipelines and export facilities. She joined Earthjustice in 2023.
Before joining Earthjustice, Ann worked for the Environmental Law & Policy Center where she participated in litigation over Clean Air Act rulemakings and in state court, state public service commission, and federal court challenges to transmission line project approvals. She clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Prior to law school, Ann worked in Northwestern University’s Office for Sponsored Research. She earned her J.D. summa cum laude from New York University School of Law and her B.A. in English Literature magna cum laude from Northwestern University.
