Mary Rock

Mary Rock is a senior associate attorney with the Mid-west regional office. She is based in Chicago.
Before joining Earthjustice, Mary worked for the Environmental Law & Policy Center. She clerked for Judge Richard Paez on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Keith P. Ellison on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Mary has a J.D. from Stanford Law School, an M.S. in Environment and Resources from Stanford, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. During law school, Mary participated in the Environmental Law Clinic and Immigrants’ Rights Clinic. Also while at Stanford and during a summer internship with California Rural Legal Assistance, she studied and worked on safe drinking water issues in the Salinas and Central Valleys.
