Maz Ali is a content and communications strategist who considers his career a quest for positive social impact. Before joining Earthjustice, he supported progressive movements in the throes of the global financial crisis with the Boston-based organization, United for a Fair Economy, learned how to activate audiences through digital storytelling with Upworthy, and brought attention to unique human-environmental narratives with a boutique film fund co-founded by documentarian James Redford and his father, actor and environmentalist, Robert Redford. With Earthjustice, he is honored to be part of an organization that takes action where the rubber meets the road for the welfare of our planet and the life it sustains. He wants to popularize stories and information we can all use to protect our communities and safeguard the natural world.
Earthjustice is the premier nonprofit environmental law organization. We wield the power of law and the strength of partnership to protect people’s health, to preserve magnificent places and wildlife, to advance clean energy, and to combat climate change. We are here because the earth needs a good lawyer.
