Radhika Kannan

Radhika Kannan is an associate attorney with Earthjustice’s California regional office in San Francisco. Prior to joining Earthjustice, Radhika worked for two years as an associate in Sidley Austin LLP’s Energy Practice Group in D.C.
Radhika received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from U.C. Berkeley and a graduate degree in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford. She is a graduate of Columbia Law School where she was on the Editorial Team of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. Her student note, “The Effectiveness of Environmental Laws in Preventing Transboundary Pollution from Oil Drilling in the Arctic” was published by the Journal. During law school, she was also a student attorney for the Environmental Law Clinic working on preventing fossil fuel buildout.
Radhika was born in India, but grew up in Singapore and considers it home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and mystery-thriller novels.
