Shubra Ohri is a staff attorney with the Coal Program based out of the Midwest Office in Chicago.
Prior to joining Earthjustice, she advocated for justice on behalf of survivors of police misconduct and wrongful convictions in federal district and appellate courts, state criminal courts, and before the United Nations. Shubra is also a member of the Chicago Torture Justice Memorials, a cultural collective which aims to honor Chicago police torture survivors.
Shubra is a graduate of the University of Michigan and American University Washington College of Law.
