Tom Delehanty

Tom Delehanty came to Earthjustice from the Western Energy Project, where he worked on federal oil and gas issues. Prior to that, Tom clerked in the Northern District of California. During law school, Tom worked on oil and gas issues as a summer clerk in the Rocky Mountain Office. He also interned at the Department of the Interior Solicitor’s Office working on public lands issues and at San Francisco Baykeeper on Clean Water Act and crude-by-rail matters. Tom grew up in Idaho, and he’s a 2016 graduate of Berkeley School of Law. Outside of work, Tom enjoys backpacking, big game hunting, running marathons, and wrangling his naughty dog, Pesto.
Earthjustice is the premier nonprofit environmental law organization. We are here because the earth needs a good lawyer.
