Tom Delehanty

Tom Delehanty joined the Rocky Mountain Office as an associate attorney in 2019. Tom’s passion and commitment for environmental stewardship originated as a kid in Idaho, where he hunted, fished, and hiked on public lands. Tom studied biology as an undergraduate, and after several field seasons collecting data in wild places, he attended Berkeley Law to become an advocate for at-risk places and ecosystems. Before joining Earthjustice, Tom clerked in the Northern District of California and worked on oil and gas issues affecting the West. His current practice focuses on public lands and wildlife. Outside of work, Tom is either playing volleyball or in the mountains hunting, fishing, backpacking, or hiking with his dog Pesto.
