Corinne Van Dalen

Corinne Van Dalen joined Earthjustice in 2019 as a staff attorney based in New Orleans. Her work focuses on challenging new and expanding petrochemical and oil & gas facilities planned for construction along the Gulf coast in communities who are disproportionately affected by pollution. Corinne came to Earthjustice after 14 years working at the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic where she litigated and trained law students in Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act citizen suits, permit challenges before state agencies and in state court, and environmental justice matters.
