Amy Yoon is a litigation assistant with the Sustainable Food and Farming Program.

She graduated from Duke University in 2023 with a degree in Critical Food and Agricultural Studies. Before coming to Earthjustice, Amy lived and worked in Colombia on a Fulbright grant.
