Ann Jaworski is an associate attorney for national climate issues based in Chicago.

Ann’s work focuses on the federal permitting and regulation of fossil fuel transportation and export infrastructure. She represents clients and works with coalition partners on federal court litigation as well as rulemakings, administrative proceedings, and other advocacy at the national level before entities such as the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.

Prior to joining Earthjustice, Ann worked for the Environmental Law & Policy Center and served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ann earned her J.D. summa cum laude from New York University School of Law and her B.A. in English Literature magna cum laude from Northwestern University.
