Ariel Salmon is a litigation assistant supporting attorneys in the Midwest Regional Office. After graduating with honors from the University in Chicago with a BA in Political Science, Ariel worked as a legal assistant at the Environmental Law & Policy Center, where she focused on cases aimed at ensuring clean water access and protecting natural places. Ariel is deeply motivated by a desire to ensure that all people have access to air that is safe to breathe, water that is safe to drink, and a living environment that is safe to live and work in. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Chicago, baking, learning to care for houseplants, and trying out new hobbies.
