Celine Busnelli is a litigation assistant for the Clean Energy program, and is based in Washington, D.C. In her role, Celine has supported Earthjustice attorneys and clients in their legal advocacy for energy affordability and an equitable clean energy transition in Michigan, Philadelphia, and Maryland, in addition to other venues throughout the country.

Celine grew up in Santa Maria, California and graduated from the University of California, Davis in Spring of 2022 with honors majors in International Relations and History. Her long-term interests include policy advocacy and partnership-building in the environmental field to amplify marginalized communities’ voices and increase their access to legal tools. Outside of work, Celine enjoys photography, running, cooking, spending time with her loved ones, and being in nature.
