Jacob Elkin is an Associate Attorney with the Clean Energy program. He is based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Before joining Earthjustice, Jacob worked for Columbia Law School’s Sabin Center for Climate Change Law. He has also clerked for Judge Gerald A. McHugh of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Jacob received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from the University of Chicago.
