Kelly Lester is an associate attorney with the Toxic Exposure and Health team and is based New York. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the NYU Environmental Law Journal. She holds a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies and a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining Earthjustice, Kelly clerked for the Hon. Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Hon. Lewis J. Liman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and worked as a litigation associate at a large law firm.
