Kevin Breiner is an associate attorney for the Washington, D.C., regional office.

Prior to joining Earthjustice, Kevin clerked for Judge Lisa Lorish on the Virginia Court of Appeals. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2022, where he completed internships with Our Children’s Trust and Earth Rights International.
