Lillian Zhou is an associate attorney with the Washington, D.C., Regional Office, where she primarily works on clean air issues.

Prior to joining Earthjustice, Lillian was a fellow with the Environmental Working Group, where she worked on issues related to PFAS, food additives, and cosmetics. Lillian received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
