Obama Administration Chooses DOI Secretary

REI chief executive Sally Jewell tapped to lead Interior Department

Today President Obama nominated Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI) chief executive Sally Jewell to head the Interior Department. The following statement is from Earthjustice President Trip Van Noppen:

She understands from experience the role a healthy environment and public lands in particular play in our economy.
